Starting July 1, ALL TREC contracts will contain a new Seller's Water Notice disclosure requirement. This disclosure covers Groundwater Conservation Districts, water well rights on property, as well as surface water rights on property. This class will walk attendees through how to find the information necessary to complete the disclosure.

Snacks will be provided.
