The objective of the class is to review and understand the ways in which specific paragraphs in the contract and various addenda allow for either the buyer or the seller to terminate the contract. The real estate agent for either a buyer or seller should keep these paragraphs in the contract and addenda top of mind to make sure they are followed completely in requirements and timelines.
