Property Taxes: The objective of this course is to provide continuing education to real estate agents in preparation of Paragraph 13 of the TREC Contract on Prorations, including the issues of proper exemptions, tax rollback on acreage, and recent added improvements to real estate. Specifically addressing proration of current ad valorem taxes, changes in exemptions, and contracts of sale involving property that has been sold at tax sales.
