Real estate transactions are subject to laws and policies enacted at the state and local level. Many of these laws and policies can change during the middle of a year or during elections. Staying abreast of law changes is required for any real estate professional. This dynamic course provides and explanation of current policy and changes to that policy. This course also examines how policy changes might impact the real estate industry as well as real estate agents and their business.
