One to Four Family Contracts: The objective of this course is to give agents a more complete knowledge of the One to Four Family Residential Contract including the commands, contingencies, disclosures and time constraints in each paragraph of the contract. As well as, looking at Addenda related to several paragraphs in the Contract. To this end, we will discuss the contract form paragraph by paragraph.
