This course teaches students to distinguish cosmetic, mechanical, and structural upgrades, analyze renovations objectively, anticipate market reaction, and avoid common appraisal pitfalls. We'll cover example scenarios, market trends, and measurable ways to assess value impact using cost vs. contributory value principles. This course is designed to give Realtors a clearer understanding of how to list homes in line with the market.
