Real Estate practitioners must always follow all applicable advertising regulations - not only those contained in the License Act and TREC Rules, but also various federal and state laws including financing regulations and deceptive trade practices. Many are also subject to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics requirement to present a true picture in their advertising. This course by Bart Stockton examines the common and not-so-common advertising regulations and best practices to keep license holders acting both legally and ethically.
