This course includes discussions aimed at increasing the real estate agent’s ability to communicate with their clients and other participants in a transaction. Better Communication between persons that is more complete, will increase understanding by all parties and assist greatly in more successful outcomes in real estate transactions. Among the discussions, is a section of the expert opinion of how the Generations of society are divided and key points defining each generation.
