The objective of this course is to give agents a more complete knowledge of the One to Four Family Residential Contract including the commands, contingencies, disclosures and time constraints in each paragraph of the contract and relevant addenda. To this end we will discuss the contract form paragraph by paragraph. This class gives three hours toward contract requirement of 3 hours.
