During this class, the student will understand key points of building relationships as well as the relationships that are important to the successful real estate career. As we build relationships, the trust and confidence in those relationships between the agent and the buyer, seller, title company, lenders, vendor and other agents are primary. Ultimately, the course gives students the understanding that, once established, relationships can add to their real estate business in the short term, but also build relationships that last for years and provide future business.
