The objective of the course is to increase the agent’s understanding of the contract and how to utilize that understanding on behalf of the interest of their clients. Each of the TREC Promulgated forms will be discussed paragraph by paragraph, with extra emphasis placed on any recent changes to the contracts. Addenda related to various contracts and their use and importance is also discussed.
